Outside of the office, Dr. Ken enjoys spending time with his family, working out, Major League Baseball, movies, theater, and relaxing near water and in nature.

Encouraged by his daughter, he volunteers with the Miss Florida Scholarship Competition, helping young women earn college scholarships and strengthen their interviewing skills. He has also served as a spokesperson for the American Heart Association and co-hosted nationally syndicated radio.

Kristin Casey, PA-C, MMSc

Kristin Casey, PA-C, MMSc, has been a valued member of Lake Cardiology since 2011, working closely with Dr. Kronhaus to provide comprehensive preventive cardiovascular care.

Kristin received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Florida before earning her Master of Medical Science from the Yale School of Medicine Physician Associate Program in 2005.

Throughout her career, Kristin has remained committed to delivering exceptional patient care through an individualized approach that addresses each patient’s unique health goals. She has a particular interest in preventive cardiology and cardiovascular risk reduction.

What cardiovascular conditions do you evaluate and manage?
Lake Cardiology provides preventive evaluations, non-invasive testing and ongoing management for a broad range of cardiovascular and vascular conditions. Call the office to discuss whether a particular service is appropriate for your needs.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, a current medication list, referral information and copies of relevant medical records or previous cardiovascular tests when available.
What is Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP)?
EECP is a non-invasive outpatient therapy that may improve circulation and reduce symptoms in appropriately selected patients, including some patients with chronic or microvascular angina.
Do you provide preventive cardiology?
Yes. Lake Cardiology develops personalized cardiovascular risk-reduction plans using evidence-based evaluation, diagnostic testing, lifestyle guidance, treatment and long-term follow-up.
Do you provide long-term follow-up and remote monitoring?
